Bobby Fish Seemingly Throws Shade at CM Punk After Colt Cabana Return

Bobby Fish signed with AEW after he was let go by WWE as part of budget cuts last year. Upon his arrival, Bobby teamed up with Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly, but it was not meant to last forever. Fish would later leave AEW after he wasn’t happy with how he was being booked at the promotion. Bobby also eviscerated CM Punk and made it clear he doesn’t like Punk at all and now it appears that he has thrown some shade at the former AEW Champion.

As seen on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Colt Cabana made his return to AEW television and challenged Chris Jericho for the ROH World Championship.

Bobby Fish took to Twitter to react to Colt Cabana’s return and said it was great to see “Chicago’s own” Colt Cabana, seemingly throwing shade at CM Punk.

Many fans believe that AEW bringing back Colt Cabana was to insult CM Punk, as Punk went on a huge rant about Cabana during the AEW media scrum about their legal issues over a podcast appearance that they were both sued over.

We’ll have to wait and see what’s next for CM Punk, as many believe that he could be on his way out the door.
