According to Sean Sapp behind Fightful’s paywall, Anthony Bowen’s line regarding the cancellations for that segment was indeed true. Apparently, there actually were pitches, but it’s unknown what it was.

Regarding Anthony Bowens’ line about last minute cancelations for the Daddy Ass Birthday Bash, we’re told there actually were pitches, but we don’t know who those were for.

We may or not know down the line who was invited to the celebration. It’s highly unlikely DX would be invited since they are executives for WWE now.

The Acclaimed’s act with Billy Gunn is one of the hottest in AEW today. It’s guaranteed we’ll get more crazy entertaining moments with them.
