Triple H’s career in pro wrestling was successful venture, and there is no arguing that point. It is also very interesting to know about what might have been if he never decided to trade a day job for back bumps.

The Game is calling the shots in WWE now, but there was a time when he was responsible for bringing the daily news. A lot of kids get a job as a paperboy, and Triple H was right there with those young entrepreneurs.

While speaking to the Sports Business Journal, Triple H revealed that he worked as a paperboy as a younger version of himself. The King of Kings also dabbled in cooking up square burgers at Wendy’s.

“It depends on if you count paperboy as a job. I made money at it. I even had an employee because my sister was older than me and made her do most of the work and then I collected all the money and paid her something on the side. But first job I ever worked at was cook at Wendy’s.”

Obviously, Triple H is not going to make any return to the paperboy or fast food market. That doesn’t rule out the possibility of WWE partnering up with Wendy’s in the future, and those fans who are in the know will understand the grand irony of that partnership.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
