The Game was named the top person in charge of WWE Creative after Vince McMahon retired. Right after this, the likes of Road Dogg were hired back to WWE. Shawn Michaels recently revealed that there is “a huge uplift in morale” in WWE after Triple H took over as the Head of Creative.
Shawn Michaels recently appeared for an interview on The Ringer Wrestling Show. He discussed the alterations to the WWE since Triple H took over the creative department. Michaels pointed out the huge uplift in morale, from top to bottom in the WWE, whether it’s RAW, SmackDown, or NXT.
There’s certainly, I would say it’s no secret to anybody that there’s a huge uplift in morale, from top to bottom in the WWE, whether it’s RAW, SmackDown, or NXT, everybody’s very excited for the future. Look, I’ll say this, the one thing that was always really positive in NXT and again, the positive about all these other former athletes that come in, they were already excited and focused and ready to go. Now we’ve just made sure that we’ve topped that off and everybody from top to bottom, roster-wise, is excited about the future. All of us working there are equally as excited because we all know that we’re pulling the rope in the same direction.
Triple H is seen as the brains behind NXT, as he worked very hard to make NXT one of the most worthwhile wrestling products in recent memory. NXT 2.0 was made without his vision, as the company tried to separate themselves from the black and gold brand.
For many fans and pro wrestlers, Triple H is a pioneer in the world of professional wrestling. He has accomplished a lot in the business and has also given a lot of contributions. Listen to the entire podcast episode below.
