WWE In Search Of Unique Weapons For Donnybrook Match At Extreme Rules

WWE Extreme Rules 2022 is set to place this Saturday. Fans are excited about this show as it has promised some pretty interesting matches.

One of the matches that has fans buzzing is the Donnybrook match featuring the Brawling Brutes and Imperium. Given the highly physical encounters that has taken place between these two teams in the past, fans expect another brutal match.

Sean Sapp of Fightful has reported behind his paywall that WWE is on the search for some unique weapons to make this match more interesting, Weapons like wooden bars, whiskey barrels, and armored suites could be featured in the match.

“WWE was looking for a wooden bar, whiskey barrels, stools, banners, flags, suits of armor, among other things for the Good Old Fashioned Donnybrook match.”

If WWE is able to procure all the above-mentioned weapons, this match could quickly turn chaotic given the nature of the participants involved in it. If anything, WWE Extreme Rules is certainly heavy on the gimmick matches.
