Rush made a name for himself while working in MLW, NJPW, CMLL, and Ring of Honor. He is a former CMLL World Light Heavyweight Champion, CMLL World Tag Team Champion, CMLL World Trios Champion, Mexican National Trios Champion and more.
Rush made his way to AEW at the Double Or Nothing pay-per-view event, where he was introduced as Andrade El Idolo’s business partner. The two have been active in the tag team division since then.
AEW President Tony Khan took to Twitter and officially announced that Rush has officially signed with the promotion. This is likely a full-time deal as well.

Rush will square off against John Silver on tonight’s episode of AEW Rampage, which was taped on Wednesday night after Dynamite.
