MJF is the dark horse of AEW. The professional wrestler made a name for himself since arriving on the scene. His work was exceptional and his ability to cut an excellent promo made him a must-see. That being said, he’s not going to share every opinion he has.

The Salt of the Earth was out of AEW for some time. His hiatus created a hysteria where fans wanted to see his back in the AEW. There were trends on various platforms, and now MJF is back in the company.

Maxwell Jacob Friedman’s return as The Joker during the AEW Casino Battle Royal and his appearance during the closing segments at AEW All Out made the segment an excellent presentation.

MJF appeared with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Show and didn’t want to comment on whether AEW needs CM Punk or they can do without him. He wanted to stay silent until the third-party investigation is over.

“No comment. What I will say is me and CM Punk had the greatest feud in the history of the company, and I do honestly think it will go down as one of the greatest feuds of all time.”

This is an excellent approach by MJF considering the fact that the superstars talked about and the company are in hot water following AEW All Out Media Scrum and the backstage brawl.

A feud between CM Punk and MJF made headlines when the two decided to go face to face. The CM Punk promo on MJF was exceptional, but it needs to be seen if there’s something more that’s required to come out of a storyline between these two performers. You can watch the conversation below,

Do you think MJF did the right thing by being silent on a controversial topic? Sound off in the comments.
