SMackDown tonight is set to feature an appearance from Braun Strowman after he made his return to WWE on Raw earlier this week.
Tonight will also see a Fatal 5-way elimination match to determine the number one contender for Liv Morgan’s SmackDown Women’s Championship between Ronda Rousey, Sonya Deville, Xia Li, Natalya and Lacey Evans.
It should be interesting to see how things play out on tonight’s show.
SmackDown begins live with Michael Cole on commentary alongside Corey Graves filling in since Pat McAfee stepping away from SmackDown commentary.
The Brawling Brutes vs Imperium
Our opening six man tag team match begins with Holland and Vinci locking up. Vinci hits a cross body off the middle rope as Kaiser tags in. Kaiser drives Holland to the corner and quickly tags Vinci back in. Holland hits a shoulder tag and tags Butch in who hits a drop kick. Butch stomps Vinci’s arm on the mat and Gunther tags in. Butch goes to snap Gunther’s fingers but Gunther knocks butch to the mat with a chop. Sheamus tags in the match as the crowd erupts for a showdown between Sheamus and Gunther.

The match continues live with Kaiser hitting a chop to Holland. Kaiser throws Holland shoulder-first to the ring post and Vinci tags in and hits a corner drop kick to Holland. Vinci hits a vertical suplex and covers for a two count and Gunther tags in Gunther hits Holland with a chop and then takes a cheap shot to Sheamus on the apron. Kaiser tags in and slaps Holland across the face. Vinci and Butch both tag in and Butch hits an enziguri and a German suplex. Butch kicks the back of the head and covers for two. Butch goes for an armbar but Kaiser runs in and Butch locks Kaiser in the armbar. Gunther pulls Butch under the ropes and hits a chop. Sheamus and Gunther begin to brawl outside and Butch hits a dive to the outside to take out Gunther. Back in the ring Vinci hits a lariat to Butch.

Back live with Gunther locking Butch in a Boston crab. Gunther transitions to a cross face but Butch grabs the fingers to escape but Gunther slams Butch right back down to the mat. Gunther goes for a German suplex but Butch flips to avoid it, Vinci tags in and Butch hits an enziguri and Sheamus and Kaiser are both tagged in. Sheamus hits the Irish curse and hits Kaiser with the ten beats of the Bodhran, except he goes for 25 beats. Sheamus hits the white noise to Kaiser, landing on Vinci. Sheamus hits Vinci with the brogue kick, Kaiser goes for a roll up for a close two count. Sheamus tags Holland in who hits a running lariat to the back of the head, Holland covers but Gunther breaks it up with a chop to the back of the head. Gunther and Sheamus brawl again as Butch and Vinci begin to brawl as well. Vinci hits Butch with a brain buster and Kaiser tags Vinci in, Vinci and Kiser hit the Imperium bomb and Vinci covers for three.

The Usos and Sami Zayn come out to the ring and Zayn leads the crowd into acknowledging the Bloodline, as Jey Uso is very visibly annoyed with Sami Zayn’s entire existence. Jey interrupts Zayn and says Roman Reigns beat Drew McIntyre on his own home turf and that McIntyre has no idea how deep the bloodline runs. Jimmy Uso officially welcomes the newest Bloodline member, Solo Sikoa who comes out to the ring to join the rest of his family in the ring. Sikoa says if you create problems for his family, he will finish them, and that he is here to stay, and the Bloodline just got stronger.
Drew McIntyre comes out to the ring with a chair, everyone leaves except for Sikoa, McIntyre blasts Sikoa with a chair, Zayn runs in to take a chair shot from McIntyre as The Usos escape with Sikoa, McIntyre calls out Sikoa for a match tonight and Sikoa accepts.

Aliyah & Raquel Rodriguez vs Toxic Attraction
The match begins with Rodriguez and Jayne in a lockup. Jayne hits a kick to the mid section and goes for a Irish whip but Rodriguez blocks it and tags Aliyah in and Rodriguez slams her partner on to Jayne. Jayne hits a corner spear and tags Dolan in who hits a big right hand and tags Jayne back in who hits a cannon ball splash in the corner and covers for two. Dolan tags back in and hits a kick to the spine of Aliyah. Jayne tags back in and she hits a running senton. Doaln tags in and Aliyah rolls through a lariat to tag Rodriguez in who hits Dolan with a fall away slam. Rodriguez hits a side slam and follows with the corkscrew elbow. Jayne tags in and Rodriguez slams her to the mat and hits Jayne with the Tejana bomb and Rodriguez covers for three.
Winners: Aliyah & Raquel Rodriguez

Ronda Rousey vs Sonya Deville vs Natalya vs Xia Li vs Lacey Evans
The match begins with Deville attempting to choke out Rousey from behind. Rousey breaks free but Li and Natalya team up to throw Rousey out of the ring. Evans hits Natalya with the Woman’s right but Deville immediately hits Evans with a drop kick. Rousey gets back in the ring and locks Natalya in the armbar and Natalya taps out to be eliminated from the match. Evans hits a neck breaker to Rousey and Li runs in and hits Rousey with a leg drop. Rousey goes for an armbar to Li but Evans rolls Rousey up for two. Rousey and Deville lock Evans and Li in armbars and both tap out and are eliminated, making the match come down to Rousey vs Deville. Rousey hits a take down. Deville locks in a choke hold on the mat and Rousey rolls out of the ring and to the barricade to break the hold. Rousey hits Piper’s Pit and locks in the ankle lock and Deville taps out.
Winner: Ronda Rousey

Maximum Male Models & Los Lotharios vs Hit Row & The Street Profits
The match begins with Mansoor and Ashante in a lock up, Ford tags in who hits Mansoor with a lariat.

The match continues live with Mansoor having Ashante in a chin lock. Mace tags in and Mace and Mansoor hits a double shoulder tackle. Angel tags in who hits an elbow strike and immediately tags in Humberto. Humberto goes for a tope suicida but accidentally hits Angel. Dawkins tags in who hits a big shoulder tackle and Mace is tagged in and Dawkins hits a DDT and covers for two. Humberto hits Ford with an enziguri and Dawkins launches Humberto over the top rope and Dawkins hits a dive outside and Top Dolla goes for a dive but Maxine Dupri causes a distraction. Mansoor makes the blind tag and goes for a cross body but Top Dolla catches Mansoor and Ashante tags in and they hit the heavy hitter and Ashante covers for three.

SmackDown returns with Alpha Academy coming out to the ring. Gable says they are there tonight to ruin Braun Strowman’s return to SmackDown. Gable says that if Otis had seen Strowman coming, he would have decimated Strowman and left him lying. Gable makes the obligatory Supersonics joke to the Seattle crowd to the deafening boos from the crowd. Strowman comes out to a huge pop as this Seattle crowd cannot wait for Gable and Otis to be annihilated. Strowman hits Otis with a right hand as Gable leaves the ring. Gable tries to hit Strowman from behind but Strowman hits Gable with a big boot. Otis gets the advantage off the distraction but Strowman hits a big shoulder tackle to knock Otis to the mat. Strowman power bombs Gable and then hits a power bomb to Otis as Strowman takes down Alpha Academy like Michael Jordan took down the Supersonics in 1996.

Drew McIntyre vs Solo Sikoa
Our main event begins with McIntyre immediately slamming Sikoa to the corner. Sikoa hits a big right hand and slams McIntyre to the corner but McIntyre fights out with a series of punches. McIntyre hits a lariat and follows witht he future shock DDT. McIntyre goes for the Claymore but The Usos pull Sikoa out of the ring.

Our main event continues live with McIntyre being hit with a Samoan drop from Sikoa who covers for two. McIntyre hits a chop but Sikoa responds with a belly to belly suplex. Sikoa hits the running splash in the corner. Sikoa taunts and slaps McIntyre and McIntyre responds with a big lariat. McIntyre hits a neck breaker and kips up. McIntyre gets distracted by Jey Uso and Sikoa gets a roll up for two. McIntyre goes to dive over the top rope but Zayn trips McIntyre up, McIntyre throws Zayn in the ring and McIntyre goes for a Claymore but Sikoa hits a super kick and covers for two. Zayn causes a distraction and The Usos start to attack McIntyre before the Street Profits run down to make the save.Ford takes out the Usos and Zayn with a splash from the top rope. Inside the ring McIntyre hits a claymore to knock Sikoa outside the ring. Karrion Kross runs in to choke McIntyre out as the camera was conveniently ready to instantly cut to black and white.

SmackDown goes off the air with Karrion Kross choking Drew McIntyre out in the middle of the ring as Scarlett watches.
