Bobby Fish eventually made his way to AEW after he was let go by WWE as part of budget cuts last year. Prior to that, he was part of the Undisputed Era with Adam Cole and Kyle O’Reilly.

Fish had matches against the likes of Sammy Guevara, CM Punk and others. However, his booking in AEW simply did not turn out the way fans had hoped for him at all.

It was reported that Bobby Fish’s AEW contract was coming to an end and that’s what happened as he is now free agent. While speaking to Steve Fall at NBC Sports Boston, Bobby Fish made it clear he is open to making a WWE return.

“I don’t know. I’m open to all options and offers at the moment. I do know that there have been quite a few people who have gone back through those doors. I’m happy for the people that I know were left there after I had left a lot of friendships and whatnot, and things were weird there for a bit. So for them to be back in the direction of some normalcy and some positivity working for Hunter, I know I enjoyed it, I’m just happy for the people that I know that remained and then the people that have come back to work there. I’m happy that it’s a good place to be again.”

We’ll have to see where Bobby Fish ends up next. He is a free agent, so he can show up where ever he really wants to and that could very well be WWE.
