Velveteen Dream hasn’t been experiencing the best time in recent memory. He has yet to make a return to the pro wrestling world since his WWE release, and now he has a few legal issues to take care of.

It turns out that Velveteen Dream didn’t have a very good week at all. Upon doing a bit more digging, Ringside News discovered that Velveteen Dream was arrested twice in the same week.

Dream, who’s real name is Patrick Clark, was booked on the 20th in Orlando, Florida on battery and trespassing charges. He posted $1,200 in bail and was released. A court date was set for next month, but it was cancelled.

The former NXT North American Champion was also arrested on August 26th, 2022. This was for an out-of-state warrant on drug possession. It still remains incarcerated as of this writing.

I love pro wrestling and hate BS. These two things drive me. Years of experience in writing, journalism, and digging exclusive insider info for Ringside News. Worked in finance before realizing pro wrestling journalism made much less sense. Pro beachballs at pro wrestling shows, pro dives if someone catches, anti bullies, olives, and pineapples on pizza.
