Roman Reigns has been incredibly dominant in WWE as the Undisputed Universal Champion. The Head Of The Table rules Friday Night Smackdown with an iron fist, and that won’t be changing anytime soon. He has now confirmed signing a new deal with WWE.

Roman Reigns joined the Sports Illustrated Media Podcast to talk about a variety of subjects. He confirmed rumors that he had signed a new WWE contract earlier this year. In accordance with the new contract, Reigns also described his new itinerary.

He spoke about the slog of working full-time schedule for the previous ten years before describing his new routine. Roman Reigns has drastically cut back on his WWE schedule in recent months, rarely participating in live events and not appearing on every edition of Friday Night SmackDown or Premium Live.

Yeah [I signed a new deal with WWE]… I don’t really like to get into specifics [Reigns responded when asked about the length of his new deal], especially timelines. There’s different ways to play with these things.

Due to this, there have been rumors that Reigns is ready to leave the company entirely and that working less events will help him gradually lose some of the attention that a titleholder would typically have. However, ‘The Tribal Chief’ has now revealed that he has a new contract with WWE. Let’s see what’s in store for Reigns in the future.
