Wardlow only made one independent show since his becoming of a prominent feature on AEW programming. However, on August 20th, Wardlow made his presence felt at Revenge Pro Wrestling’s show titled ‘Press Your Luck’.

His opponent for the night was a familiar face on the independent scene. Former rival “The Man Dime” Elijah Dean ate a powerbomb and a one-foot pin to take the loss from the current TNT Champion.

Wardlow was a fixture in the promotion from 2018 to 2019, where he was crowned the inaugural Revenge Pro Wrestling World Champion in 2019. He held the championship for a number of months before losing the strap to indie wrestling star Pretty Boy Smooth.

Currently, Wardlow is in a feud with Jay Lethal in AEW. He will team with FTR at All Out to take on Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, and Satnam Singh. This match was made official on last week’s epsiode of AEW: Dynamite.

Wardlow, who is only 34 years of age, is sure to be atop the mountain in AEW for years to come. He made his AEW debut on the November 13th, 2019 episode of AEW Dynamite attacking Cody Rhodes.
