Thunder Rosa is one of the best in-ring female pro wrestlers in the business right now. It was a slow and gradual process as she eventually honed her craft to show off to the world. She also wants a piece of Paige VanZant now that they’re both in AEW.
The AEW Women’s Champion has solidified her status in the women’s division, as she continues to have solid matches with every single competitor. She’s been a champion for a long time as well.
While speaking to Jim Varsallone of the Miami Herald, La Mera Mera made it clear she would love to square off against Paige VanZant in a series that includes a pro wrestling match, an MMA fight, and a boxing match
“That would be wild. I don’t say no to nothing, so if AEW wants to do it, go ahead. I’ll ask Combate Global, ‘give me a t-shirt’ and do some co-promoting.”
La Mera Mera will be facing Tokyo Joshi Pro Wrestling ace, Miyu Yamashita, in Japan as well. Paige VanZant also has bare knuckle fight in the pipeline. We will have to wait and see how Rosa fares in the match.
