Killer Kross Thought His Main Roster Gear Looked Like Trash

Killer Kross was one of the top Superstars in NXT, as he became a 2-time NXT Champion. His main roster run was simply disappointing to say the least as well. He also hated his main roster gear.

Karrion Kross debuted new mask after he lost the NXT Championship. Since his first day on the main roster, he was seen without his fiancée Scarlett. Kross also revealed who came up with the idea of his mask.

Kross’ mask was a subject of ridicule for many. This is because his new attire on the main roster made him feel like he was wearing a gimp suit, according to many fans.

While speaking on Two Man Power Trip, Kross talked about his main roster attire. Kross stated that he thought it looked like trash.

“What I was told was this was going to be an upgraded version of what I was previously doing in NXT, upgraded. A bigger and better version of what I did. And they said they wanted to give me new music and they wanted to switch up my entrance a little bit. And then, we got this mock-up of this outfit and it looked cheap and horrendous and I said, ‘Surely this is just a concept? This is not what they’re actually trying to manufacture or engineer because this is a billion-dollar company and this looks like trash.’ Sure enough, the day comes, we get the costume and I was, like, ‘Boy, I don’t know about this.'”

Killer Kross’ email also blew up with offers after his WWE release. Freddie Prinze Jr. wants to include him in his pro wrestling promotion as well. We’ll have to see what’s next in store for him.
