Triple H Told Daniel Garcia ‘Welcome To The Team’ After His WWE Tryout

Triple H is a legend in the world of professional wrestling. He significantly helped out the industry during the late 90s and early 2000s. He also said something interesting to Daniel Garcia during his WWE tryout.

Daniel Garcia once competed in WWE back in July 2018 on an episode of 205 Live. He was also part of a tryout held by WWE last year before he signed with AEW.

While speaking on Talk Is Jericho, Daniel Garcia revealed that Shawn Michaels and Road Dogg appreciated his performance. He then recalled what Triple H told him after the tryout.

“I thought I did really well. They asked me to stay another extra day to have a squash match on NXT against Tyler Rust. The match went really well. I remember I went through the back and Shawn Michaels loved it, Road Dogg loved it, and A-Train loved it. Triple H shook my hand and said, ‘Welcome to the team.’ I think he thought I was signed, but I wasn’t at the time. In my mind, I’m like, ‘I guess I’m going to NXT.’”

Daniel Garcia is currently part of The Jericho Appreciation Society as they battle the Blackpool Combat Club. It remains to be seen how their feud will be booked in the coming weeks.
