Ronda Rousey defeated Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania Backlash to become WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion. She has since mixed it up with the likes of Raquel Rodriguez and Shotzi Blackheart. While coming onto the WWE women’s scene, Rousey has become one of the top women and submission specialists to compete on the blue brand. Regarding the women’s locker room, Rousey says she’s doing her best to adapt it.

Speaking on “The Kurt Angle Show,” Rousey revealed she had discussions with Paul Heyman regarding unfairness in the women’s locker room. Rousey asked Heyman what kind of drama was going on, and Rousey revealed this during the interview.

Heyman was telling me if there was like a pitbull in the room and you don’t know about this dog, you know? You don’t know this dog and it could probably kill you, you’re not going to do anything crazy while the pit bull is in the room. You’re going to wait until the pitbull leaves the room and then you get crazy.

A lot has changed since Rousey first left WWE to become a mother. WWE released a bunch of talent from the roster, and the company has also introduced Women’s Tag Team Championships, although those titles are in a bit of a question mark period. Rousey added that while there is some drama, everyone in the locker room seems somewhat in good spirits.

so as far as I know, it’s just sunshine and lollipops in the locker room. It’s a bunch of cupcakes and handjobs. Everyone’s having a great time.

Rousey is set to defend her WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship against her long-time friend Natalya at Money in the Bank on July 2nd. With new talent coming up to NXT and women in the main roster either leaving or being let go, who knows what kind of challenges face Rousey next.
