WWE has been releasing numerous talent and members of staff since April 2020, due to COVID-19 budget cuts. Fans simply dread the impending set of releases, as it is always on the horizon. WWE released several talent this week as well.

As previously reported, Persia Pirotta was among the many NXT talent released by the company this week. Pirrotta was paired up with Duke Hudson but that does not matter anymore.

Persia Pirotta took to Twitter following her WWE release and reflected on her time in the company. Pirotta said that it is time to level up.

“Today I woke up & chose gratitude. I am grateful for so many things. I met some of my BEST friends here, I took my grandparents name and showcased it on a platform as big as WWE.

I surprised myself with the things I was able to achieve in a relatively short period of time. If anyone knows how to make lemonade out of lemons though, it is me. Time to level up [devil emoji]”

We will have to wait and see what the future holds for Persia Pirotta as she certainly wants to accomplish a lot, following her WWE release.
