RAW

Monday Night RAW opens with a look at what happened at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night, with Roman Reigns attacking and leaving Brock Lesnar lying.

Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins come to the ring and Rollins welcomes us to the show. He says he is very excited because they’re about to become RAW Tag Team Champions. Owens says it’s been a tough year for the two of them because they keep getting screwed over. Rollins says the deck is constantly stacked against them but that changes tonight. Rollins asks can you even imagine WrestleMania without the two of them?

Owens says he can’t imagine it but it came close. Thankfully they’re on a roll now but the downside is they’ll have to compete in the dump that is Dallas, Texas. The fan boo and Owens says he knows they agree but the positive is that he’ll be with his best friend. Footage is shown of the tag match last week where Owens and Rollins beat Alpha Academy. Owens says they are undeniable, just as much as Dallas sucks, and just as much as Alpha Academy sucks.

Alpha Academy come out and their music now features a “shush” at the start. Gable then shushes the fans in person before telling them that KO and Seth’s win last week was erroneous. Gable says they cheated to win last week. And he has a masters degree, therefore he hould be the one to compete at WrestleMania along with his number one guy: Otis. Gable says they will finish this crap tonight and waltz on to the biggest stage in wrestling.

RK-Bro are backstage and Kevin Patrick asks them for a word. Riddle says tubular is a pretty cool word. Riddle says this is the most important night in RK-Bro’s career and he won’t let it end badly. Orton says he has a word too: win. They have to win by any means necessary. They’ve worked too hard not to go out there and kick everyone’s ass and take their titles back. RK-Bro make their entrance for the title match.

Edge’s music hits with just a blue spotlight on the ramp. The music stops and Edge stands in the spotlight wearing a black suit, then walks to the ring in silence and bathed in blue light. The fans are booing lightly and the commentators don’t say a single word.

Edge goes to speak but then stops and looks around him. He says “you think you know me?” He says it’s clear AJ doesn’t. He knows he’s at home and he wants to speak directly to him and he should put the kids and wife to bed. What he did last week he did for AJ. If he wants to face Edge at WrestleMania then he needs to be the flesh-eating pitbull. Edge says he helped Styles but AJ helped him too.

It’s like his brain cracked open and the real him was able to fly. It was a version of him he’s never met before and one he’s fallen in love with. He says he feels completely in control of everything that can and will ever happen in the ring. He says he is standing atop the mountain of omnipotence and the view is phenomenal.

Kevin Owens is pacing backstage when he’s asked for a comment about losing the tag match earlier. Owens says he isn’t as distraught as Rollins because he never wants to feel so low as he did earlier tonight. And he won’t because he’s had an epiphany. An idea so powerful that will change his entire WrestleMania future. He won’t share the details right now, but he will later tonight.

*Commercial Break*

Kevin Owens comes to the ring to share his ephiphany regarding WrestleMania. He says it’s official that he has no match for WrestleMania but that’s fine because he has an offer to make. He wants to have the biggest, most stupendous KO Show in history. So he’s been thinking about who he could invite and there’s a lot of scumbags from Texas.

Owens could invite the blowhard JBL but he doubts his stupid limousine could even fit into the stadium. Then there’s Booker T who challenged him last week. Booker is from Texas but spent his career in a team called Harlem Heat and called himself a King and talked in a British accent, so there’s no place for a hypocrite on the KO Show. And then there’s Shawn Michaels. Owens says he’s a Canadian so he couldn’t in good conscience invite HBK onto his show.

So who has he chosen? He’s picked the man that epitomises Texas and its redneck lifestyle. The guy has crappy knees and is probably out of shape from drinking beer all day. Nothing would give him more pleasure than to hit him with a Stunner that would be talked about the world over for years to come. And when the drunk is down and put he’s going to pour a glass of milk over his lifeless body. That is, if he accepts. “I am calling you out… Stone Cold Steve Austin!”

That’s it for this week’s RAW, let us know what you thought of the show and we’ll see you back here tomorrow night for NXT. Until next time, stay safe.
