John Cena is arguably the biggest WWE star not named Hulk Hogan, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, or Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. His popularity coincided with the rise of the Ruthless Aggression Era. Cena was WWE’s poster boy for more than a decade.

The Cenation Leader left Vince McMahon’s multi-billion-dollar conglomerate, much like The Great One did before him. to pursue an acting career in Hollywood. Though he returns to what he call his home once in a while, Cena’s post-Hollywood WWE appearances are largely seen as WWE’s attempt to alleviate younger talent.

People have been telling us that the Superstar in this #WWE2K22 screenshot resembles that one dude in the helmet from that TV show everyone is raving about… LOL, just kidding. We know you can’t see the person in this screenshot. @JohnCena

Cena will be available as a playable character in the latest instalment of WWE 2K. The 16-time WWE champion has an overall rating of 92. Cena’s rating is tied with the Rattlesnake. What!!!? The official Twitter account of WWE 2K22 shared classic John Cena joke all the while praising his acting in James Gunn-helmed Peacemaker.

2K revealed the full roster for the much-anticipated wrestling game Monday. The developers have confirmed that more than 180 wrestlers are part of the stacked roster of 2k22. A handful of superstars included The Undertaker and AJ Styles are rated 90 and above.
