WWE is about to kick off the Elimination Chamber premium live event from Saudi Arabia. The card is stacked with several huge matchups. WrestleMania 38 will be shaped largely by the results of today’s show.

One of the biggest bouts on the card is Roman Reigns defending the Universal Championship against Bill Goldberg. Goldberg may be getting his last chance at WWE gold. The bout has been in the making for a long time.

In a surprising move, WWE will open today’s Elimination Chamber event with the Universal Title match. Mike Johnson of PW Insider reported the news shortly before the kickoff show began. Many believed this matchup would close the show.

Goldberg reflected on the match upon his arrival in Saudi Arabia. The WWE legend said it could be his last ever. Goldberg’s WWE contract expires after this event, as he only had one contest remaining on his deal. If he does win, Goldberg said he would stick around.

If you were planning on waiting until the end of the show to tune in, it’s time to change plans. The Universal Title will be on the line before any other match goes down. It was announced earlier that the pre-show match will be Rey Mysterio vs The Miz.

WWE Elimination Chamber kicks off at noon eastern on Peacock. There should be some wild twists and turns on a loaded event. Fans who are unable to watch live can follow Ringside News for the latest updates!
