Joey Janela was AEW’s resident Bad Boy and he took that role very seriously. Since turning heel, Janela has shown a more relaxed and natural side of his character. It seems Janela made a demand recently as well.

Joey Janella was one of the first to sign with AEW back in 2019 and has been involved in some of the major months during the early stages of the company. However, he has not been featured on AEW television for quite some time now.

AEW’s officially Twitter account revealed that the AEW YouTube channel has surpassed over 1 billion views on the streaming platform. Joey Janela took to Twitter and commented on the celebratory tweet, as he demanded a plaque for providing numerous memorable moments in the company.

You guys gonna send a plaque for all my memorable YouTube moments?

Joey Janela is also set to leave AEW once his contract with the company expires, as he will be joining the likes of Lio Rush and Brian Cage who will also leave the company. Janela is perfectly happy working in the independent circuit and that is what matters to him in the end.
