WWE Hall Of Famer Trish Stratus has been touted as one of the most iconic popular female WWE Superstars in the history of the company. She truly set the stage for women’s wrestling in general.

Prior to Trish Stratus and Lita tearing it up in the ring and redefining what it meant to be a female performer in WWE back in the day, female WWE talents were seen as mere eye candy. Despite that, Stratus paved the way for future female talents as well.

Trish Stratus has competed against the best of the best during her time in WWE. She also helped launch Mickie James’ career in the company, feuding with her back in 2006.

While speaking to Riju Dasgupta, Mickie James was asked to pick someone whom she’d want to induct her into the WWE Hall of Fame. James revealed that she wants Trish Stratus to induct her.

“For me personally, I’d say for WWE, Trish Stratus simply because she was my first. Just the first time, I won the championship, and she was there with me and helped guide me. My first real like two years there, year and a half like that whole to really get me ready, she took her time with me. She was patient with me because I had wrestling ability. I knew how to work. I knew how to do all the things within the ring, but she taught me so many crucial things behind the scenes and backstage and plus the camera angles because there is really a lot more cameras there than there were at OVW at the time, where I was training and different things like that that just kind of like really perfect my television aspect of it. So I think Trish possibly for WWE if that ever happens…”

We will have to wait and see if Trish Stratus will make an appearance on WWE television somewhere down the line or not as she wasn’t part of the Women’s Royal Rumble match last month.
