AJ Styles has been touted as one of the best pro wrestlers by both fans and wrestlers alike. Styles continues to work at a high level despite growing older and continues to amaze fans. It seems he opened up about his upcoming match as well.

Since his appearance in the 2016 Royal Rumble, AJ Styles has cemented himself as one of the best in-ring workers in all of WWE. He has had great matches with several big names in the company.

It has not been a good time for AJ Styles as Omos turned on him on last week’s episode of Monday Night RAW as well, effectively breaking up their tag team. Many fans felt this breakup was very abrupt and nonsensical.

While speaking during a backstage interview at WWE’s live event at Madison Square Garden, AJ Styles said that he never wanted to fight Omos and then sent a warning to his former tag team partner.

“Tomorrow night, I’m going to do something I never wanted to do. Something I never intended to do. I’m going to fight you, Omos. I taught you a lot of things, and you learned well, but I didn’t teach you everything. Remember that when you get too close. Remember that when you put your hands on me.”

AJ Styles and Omos are set to square off against each other on Monday Night RAW this week in a singles match. WWE likely has huge plans for both of them, which led to their breakup. It remains to be seen how they will be booked in the coming months.
