Randy Orton recently took to Twitter to share his thoughts about “stats” and records.” The wrestler made a series of tweets about the same, which garnered a significant number of responses.
One of these responses was a playful jab made by Matt Cardona, joking about Orton’s account being hacked. In the tweets, Orton shared that he has never been one to care about stats.
The wrestler also took time to express his gratitude to all who supported him, saying that he could not have achieved all this success without them.
The following night on RAW coincidentally, if I have a match, I’ll have had more matches on RAW then anyone in history. I saw this online, checked it, and it is true… kind of hard to believe, as it feels like I only started down in OVW yesterday. I just wanna take a minute…
I just wanna take a minute in light of these ‘stats’, and let everyone out there that’s ever supported me in any way know that I am thankful. I also know with all of my heart that I couldn’t have done it without you. Now on to my 15th Survivor Series…man time flies don’t it?
Matt Cardona logged on to Twitter to respond to Orton’s tweet, joking about how it was out of character for the wrestler to act in such a heartfelt manner.
Ok. Who hacked Randy’s account?!
Another Twitter user joined in on the joke, saying that “they say his heart grew three sizes that day…” while yet another stated that “teaming up with Riddle has changed Randy Orton.” Check out Randy Orton and Matt Cardona’s tweets below.
