Vince McMahon is still the final decider in WWE, but he can’t make the show every week. This week he had Johnny Ace fill in. Monday night’s RAW at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky was not run by Vince McMahon. but by WWE Talent Relations head, John Laurinaitis.

According to PW Insider, it seems that McMahon was present earlier in the day, and was busy running a “capital letters L-O-N-G” production meeting.

However, for unspecified reasons, McMahon left after the meeting, not attending the actual live RAW broadcast.

Bruce Prichard was also not in attendance for Monday’s RAW. Prichard, of course, is WWE’s Senior Vice President and RAW/SmackDown Executive Director. This left Laurinaitis in charge of the show.

As of now, there are no reports as to why Prichard was absent or why Mcmahon left early. WWE has been making some significant changes as of late. Perhaps, something big is on the horizon.
