Bobby Fish has revealed he hasn’t shared a word with former Undisputed Era stablemate Adam Cole since making his debut at AEW. Fish signed with the Boston-based wrestling promotion in 2021 following a nearly four-year stint with WWE.

In an interview with AEW Unrestricted podcast‘s hosts Aubrey Edwards and Tony Schiavone, the 45-year-old answered fan questions. One of the questions was about whether fellow AEW wrestler Adam Cole spoke to Fish after the latter’s AEW debut.

“He didn’t say anything to me,” Fish said. He continued: “We haven’t talked yet.” Aubrey chimed in by saying that all the wrestlers and crew members remain busy backstage.

“Yeah, Adam acts like he doesn’t know me,” said the former NXT Tag Team champion. He added that he is in contact with former reDRagon stablemate and current NXT wrestler Kyle O’Reilly.

“Kyle, and I still talk. We are definitely still close. Like we said at the top of this conversation, pro wrestling is strange in that way where you see some of the same people daily or weekly for X number of years and then things shift, and you don’t see that person anymore for a little while, but you never know when you’re going to cross paths again and what that frequency is going to be.

“And we’ll see. I feel like Kyle, Adam, Roddy, myself, however many years we’ve all had in the wrestling industry, we’ve all found a way to cross paths repeatedly,” Fish said.

Fish is currently signed to AEW. The wrestling veteran is continuing to prove he can thrive as a singles competitor and a tag team specialist. He recently faced off against CM Punk on the October 29th episode of AEW Dynamite. Check out the video below:
