Danhausen become one of the hottest free agent wrestlers in the United States after the announcement that Ring of Honor was cutting their entire roster. The very nice, very evil wrestler shared photos from the hospital along with an x-ray after suffering an injury at an NGW event in Knoxville, Tennessee on Halloween night.

The teeth collecting wrestler posted an update. His tibia and fibia were found to be broken after the doctors reviewed his scans.

Danhausen then took to Twitter to share the news and another hospital photo in one of his signature poses. He let fans know how they can support him, but appears to remain in excellent spirits, never breaking character.

“Danhausen has a broken Tibia and Fibia and is sure Dave Doctor is going to try to take Danhausens sacks of money, so if you’d like to help Danhausen curse them: http://Prowrestlingtees.com/danhausen http://Patreon.com/lovethatdanhauatdanhausen… http://Cameo.com/danhausen Freely support at: http://Youtube.com/lovethatdanhauatdanhausen

Danhausen broke his leg during a match with Facade and Jason Kincaid. Danhausen was partnering with Warhorse as WarHausen. Mance Warner suffered an injury to his foot as well. Danhausen’s injury was initially not believed to be as serious as Warner’s.

Danhausen has become an indie wrestling darling due to his unique gimmick and powerful social media presence. He’s got 63,000 followers and counting on Twitter. His YouTube channel boasts 38,000 subscribers and his merchandise flies off the shelves. Fans recently led a movement to convince Tony Khan to sign him to AEW.

The injury couldn’t have come at a worse time for Danhausen. With a free schedule and tons of booking demand, it was only a matter of time before he showed up on one of the nationally televised wrestling shows. Now, that will have to wait a little longer. We wish Danhausen a speedy recovery!
