Women’s wrestling, in general, has undergone massive growth and developed a lot of depth over the years, with various pro wrestling companies all over the world embracing how talented women wrestlers can be. Triple H previously stated that WWE has the best women’s division in the world, which led to a lot of backlash.

However, the booking of WWE’s women’s division in the past few weeks has left much to be desired for fans and pro wrestlers alike. WWE Hall Of Famer Brie Bella also criticized WWE’s booking of the women’s division previously.

Sasha Banks is one of the top female WWE Superstars in the history of the company. Her accolades speak for themselves and she has competed in some of the best matches in the company’s history.

While speaking with Graham Matthews of Bleacher Report, Sasha Banks talked about the current state of the women’s division in WWE. Banks stated that the women’s division is the best it has ever been.

“I feel like we’ve been knocking down every door that’s been closed in front of us. If they keep making more doors, we’re going to keep knocking them down. The WWE women’s division is the best it’s ever been. I think it’s the greatest of any era from top to bottom, and I can’t wait to see what more the future brings, even from NXT 2.0. To see how many women are down there from when I first started, there was only a group of eight and now there’s maybe a group of 30. Just to see the growth from then to now is so beautiful.”

After what took place on Friday NIght Smackdown last week, WWE is building a feud between Sasha Banks and Charlotte Flair. The winner is likely to face off against Becky Lynch at Survivor Series in a champion vs champion match. It remains to be seen how Banks will be booked in the coming weeks.
