Paige Is One Bump Away From A Wheelchair Says Ex WWE Writer

Paige is one of the most popular superstars in WWE history. While the former WWE diva might be on the verge of comeback, a former WWE writer has only words of warning for her. Being forced to retire from pro-wrestling after getting a severe injury, Paige has been teasing her return.

The former Diva posted a picture of her wrestling boots and championship on Twitter. As the writer Vince Russo appeared on Dr. Chris Featherstone‘s podcast, he used other former retired wrestlers to make a point to Paige. His advice all in all boiled down to her staying retired.

The fact that all of them decide to get back in that ring, Chris, when all it takes is one mistake, one miscalculation, one green guy, one bump taken wrong. Bro, you are one bump away from a wheelchair… if you’re lucky, if you’re lucky, one bump away. That’s how close you are.

Russo spoke about Paige’s other pursuits, and he was of the opinion that she’s better off keeping at them. In light of the leaked Twitch data that revealed that Paige almost made half a million ($478,224) from September 2019 to September 2021, Russo said that it’s more of a money maker for her.

In this case, I don’t know what’s going through Paige’s mind, but here’s what would be going through my mind. ‘I was lucky, I was lucky [not to suffer even worse injuries in wrestling]. Do I want to roll the dice a second time when I don’t need to?’ That’s what I’d be weighing if I were her.

Paige teased her return to the ring earlier this month. If she comes back, Paige stated that she wants to feud with Sasha Banks, who is held responsible for injuring her. The former diva also commented on hating Bianca Belair’s booking with Becky Lynch in SummerSlam.
