WWE Extreme Rules is an annual gimmick-filled card, but this year fans are noticing a lack in stipulations. The company has not announced a single stipulation for the September 22nd pay-per-view and there is a good reason for that.

Ringside News has learned that WWE is still working out the stipulations for Extreme Rules. This is not a case of them figuring out a stipulation and waiting to reveal it. They honestly have not figured it out yet.

We were able to confirm that there was no creative meeting on Sunday, but no stipulations were nailed down as of the last meeting. Obviously, this will be a decision that they need to make.

A tenured member of the creative team remarked that “nobody should be surprised” that WWE hasn’t nailed down any stipulations for Extreme Rules yet. Obviously the company will announce those stipulations once things are decided on.
