Molly Holly Gets Big Props As A WWE Producer

Molly Holly is a two-time women’s champion and also a former Hardcore champion. She was one of the highlights of the women’s division during the Attitude Era and Ruthless Aggression Era in WWE as well.

Molly Holly was also hired as a backstage producer in WWE earlier this year after she was given a tryout. Her role was expanded as she became a producer for both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night Smackdown.

Earlier this month, Molly Holly was also hired as a full-time backstage producer in the company, which fans were certainly glad about.

While speaking to Brian Wohl, Doudrop talked about Molly Holly’s work as a backstage producer and gave her massive props for her excellent leadership skills backstage.

“Obviously I was a big wrestling fan growing up, so getting to work with her was like a dream come true. To talk to her, to get her perspective, to get some of her experience has been vastly useful for me. You try to chat to everybody but you definitely have to get a woman’s perspective because let’s face it, there’s not a whole lot of us.”

Molly Holly will continue to shine in her role as a backstage producer as she is determined to help shape the next generation of female WWE Superstars to the best of her abilities and that is unlikely to change anytime soon.
