Keith Lee Worked Dark Match As A Heel Before WWE Smackdown

Keith Lee was absent from WWE television for several months and many fans were concerned about his status in the company. His partner Mia Yim refused to share details about his condition as well. Ultimately it was revealed that Keith Lee had a fight against death, which led to him not appearing on WWE television for so long.

Since his return to the company, Keith Lee has competed in a few matches on Monday Night RAW, especially against NXT Champion Karrion Kross. However, he has also competed in several dark matches on Monday Night RAW and Friday Night Smackdown as well.

Keith Lee has been competing in dark matches as way to refine him and determine what works best for him. During a dark match on this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, Keith Lee had a squash match against local talent.

It saw Keith Lee working as a heel as he made short work of local talent “Awesome” Andy Palafox. Fans were certainly excited to see Keith Lee compete as well.

It was said that Keith Lee is likely to continue working dark matches until the company figures out a good plan for him. We will have to wait and see what the company has in store for him.
