We are very sad to learn about the passing of Super Porky. He was 58-years-old, and no cause of death has been revealed at this time.

Mas Lucha revealed that Super Porky, also known as Jose Luis Alvarado Nieves, has passed away. He was a veteran in Mexican wrestling and the tributes are now pouring in for him. He went as Brazo de Plata and Super Porky in the ring.

He made his pro wrestling debut in 1977 as a masked wrestler with the name Brazo de Plato, which translates to Silver Arm. He teamed with his brother Brazo de Oro, or Golden Arm.

After joining CMLL in 1985, he did not leave the promotion for over 20 years. He adopted a comedic gimmick and then took on the name Super Porky. That is the name many pro wrestling fans know him as to this day.
