You never know what the real consequences can be when you let one rip. This was the case for the Nasty Boys, and they paid for it dearly.

The Nasty Boys had a reputation of being nasty. It was in their name. This also meant that they didn’t hold in their farts, no matter who was around. One instance of breaking wind around Miss Elizabeth cost them thousands of dollars.

While speaking to Wrestling Inc, Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake revealed that one of the Nasty Boys farted around Miss Elizabeth and it upset “Macho Man” Randy Savage that he put his wife on a jet headed home. Vince McMahon wanted Liz back, and he made the Nasty Boys pay for her travel.

“The Nasty Boys were in London and Saggs or Knobbs let out a big fart in a dressing room or wherever they were at with Randy Savage and Elizabeth. And Randy [Savage] put Elizabeth on an airplane and sent her home. Vince still wanted her back so WWE charted a Concorde to fly her back there. Since that costed like 5 or 10 grand, the Nasty Boys were forced to pay for it themselves. They called it the fart heard around the world.”

Vince McMahon obviously got word that the Nasty Boys’ flatulence caused Savage to put Elizabeth on a plane home. That caused McMahon to take action and recoup his expenses.

We’re not sure why Vince didn’t make Savage pay for the trip since he was the one who sent Liz home. Obviously, McMahon blamed the Nasty Boyz. It just goes to show that you never really know the price of a fart until it’s already out there.
