T-Bar and Mace, New Day, The Viking Raiders, Lucha House Party and RK-Bro will battle it out to get a shot against AJ Styles and Omos at Hell In A Cell. One would assume RK-Bro are the favourites but who do you want to get a title shot? Let us know below.

Elsewhere tonight, Shayna Baszler will walk into Alexa’s Playground after she spurned the ire of Bliss and Lilly last week on RAW. Will she walk back out? And Drew McIntyre will come face-to-face with Bobby Lashley once more as the pair head into Hell In A Cell for one last bout. RAW

This week’s show opens with RK-Bro coming to the ring, where the other four teams for the battle royale are already inside. Before the match can begin, AJ Styles and Omos walk onto the stage.

Styles says he and Omos want to defend their titles in front of fans next month and they want it to be against the very best. AJ talks about each team, saying New Day are legends but he and Omos already beat them; nobody knows anything about Mace and T-Bar but they aren’t as scary as Omos; Lince Dorado, by himself because Metalik is injured, does things that only video game characters or himself can do. He skims over The Viking Raiders before adressing RK-Bro and says they’re a future Hall of Famer and a future star. He calls them goofs and ends by saying he and Omos are handsome and phenomenal. The teams clap back and Riddle tells a story about his uncle’s pet shop where he had a snake called Mr. Slithers. Randy tells him to zip it and takes the key.

The Miz and John Morrison come out and Miz is in a wheelchair. Miz says he was tragically injured at WrestleMania Backlash but they’re realised that the tag team division has become very dry. So Johnny drip-drip will compete by himself to earn a title shot for the two of them. Morrison accidentally let’s Miz’s wheelchair roll down the ramp and he has to run after it.

McIntyre makes to sign the contract but MVP, Lashley, and the ladies appear on the big screen and tell him to wait a moment.

The WWE Champion and MVP come to the ring with a cavaclade of women. MVP congratulates Drew on “manipulating” his way into another title shot. MVP says they upheld their end of the bargain and didn’t get involved in the match, so how will they be rewarded? Lashley says he wants a guarantee that Drew will never challenge him for the title again. McIntyre accepts the stipulation but says he wants a match where there can be no interferences. He wants him inside Hell In A Cell. MVP says Lashley accepts the terms and Pearce gets them to sign the contract.

Lashley mocks Drew’s parable and tells him he can try again but he’s not going to win. Drew says Hell In A Cell is a match that changes you and it’s something Lashley has never experienced. He’ll go through all that again and he will rip Lashley’s skin with the cage, break his bones, and take back his title. Drew tells him to enjoy the next few weeks and he’ll see him in Hell. Lashley says he’ll beat him there as well. Lashley gets up and mingles with the ladies but McIntyre grabs his sword and splits the table in half and stares at Lashley.

Nikki Cross is interviewed backstage and says she’s had all this in her all along. It doesn’t matter that she’s not the biggest or the prettiest, she’s got tenacity and spirit. She’d regret not taking the chances, so she has to try and she’s chosen a tag team partner. Nikki’s partner is Asuka and nobody is ready for them.

Injuries be damned, the Celtic Warrior comes to the ring wearing a mask following his nose surgery. He’ll be watching the next match from ringside.

MVP says it’s showbusiness and there’s no room for friends. Kofi says his family and his friends are the most important thing to him.
