WWE Likely To Make History At WrestleMania Backlash

WWE likes to make history and really hype those moments with slick video packages. Odds are their cameras will be going overtime backstage at WrestleMania Backlash. The company is also likely to make history once again.

We previously reported that there is only one title change expected according to the early betting odds. That hasn’t change. In fact, they got even better for the challengers.

Rey Mysterio and his son Dominik are set to face Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode at WrestleMania Backlash with the SmackDown Tag Team Titles on the line. If the Mysterios can win those titles that will make them the first father/son tag team champions in WWE history.

As of this writing, Rey and Dominik are the betting odds favorite over The Dirty Dawgs in their WrestleMania Backlash match. The Mysterios are enjoying -400 odds to Ziggler and Roode’s +250.

It appears that WWE might make history tonight. If this happens it will also mark Dominik Mysterio’s first title reign in WWE. That would be quite a first title reign if he can hold tag team titles with his legendary father.
