Edge Says SmackDown In-Ring Return Will Be A ‘Rough Road’

Edge is set to break a long drought of action from the blue brand next week, and Jey Uso is likely in for a very rocky road.

Both Jey Uso and Edge want to be the special enforcer for the Universal Title match at Fastlane. Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan will battle with the Universal Title on the line next Sunday. Both Edge and Uce have their own reasons for wanting to be a part of that match.

Edge tweeted out a little hype for his match on SmackDown. He also provided a warning to Jey Uso about the kind of match he’s getting himself into.

This Friday. @FOXTV My first match back on MY show #SmackDown in 10 years, one on one with @WWEUsos We gonna travel some rough road. Buckle up Uce.

We’ll have to see who pulls off the big win on Friday Night SmackDown. It will go down during the last blue brand show before Fastlane, so this could add a very interesting element to the match.
