Kris Statlander injured her knee and needed to have ACL surgery. She took a while to get surgery done, but 8 weeks after going under the knife she’s really kicking her recovery into high gear.

AEW’s resident alien uploaded a video showing off her road to recovery. It might take a while and she has a long time to go, but Statlander seems motivated to make the quickest recovery possible.

Kris Statlander uploaded a few videos to show off her recovery workout. It might not look like much, but she’s training her knee and gaining strength after surgery. That is essential so she can continue building toward her in-ring return.

Here’s some #roadtorecovery stuff for you. A little over 8 weeks post surgery and my leg is still tiny as hell but we’re making progress. Still a long way to go though. Here’s a bundle of rehab exercises I’ve been doing to strengthen my leg along with mobility. And I’ve officially mastered single leg jump rope(on my good leg obviously)

AEW experienced some hard losses to their women’s division in a short period of time. Kris Statlander and Britt Baker both went out of action with knee issues.

Baker was able to work a Tooth & Nail Match at All Out, but she’s still not 100% cleared just yet. Statlander will hopefully be back soon, but she’s still working hard one step at a time.
