Mick Foley has sent messages to Donald Trump in the past. He pleaded with the POTUS to speed up COVID-19 testing. Now he has a much different message regarding Trump.

While recently speaking to People, Mick Foley opened up about why he got so involve in efforts to remove Donald Trump from the White House by encouraging fans to vote Democrat in November. He said it’s not about being right and wrong, it’s about protecting democracy.

“I do think this is a matter between right and wrong. I think that democracy’s at stake.”

“I really do feel like future generations are going to study this period of time and wonder how we stood by and let so much go wrong. I want to be on the right side of history.”

Foley was asked about Vince McMahon’s support of Trump. The former Mankind replied saying: “I can’t knock him for supporting him. But I could not feel differently about his friend.”

The WWE Hall Of Famer also fired off a couple of tweets concerning the subject. He invited fans to explain to him why they continue to support Trump as well.

I did not intend to get THIS involved in the 2020 election…but there is simply TOO MUCH to lose to stay quiet If he loses these states – #ARIZONA #GEORGIA #TEXAS #NorthCarolina – this President is through

I really appreciate everyone who took the time to reply to my question. I didn’t get to read them all, but I did read a couple hundred – and all of the comments were respectful. Thank you.
