Roman Reigns hasn’t wrestled since prior to WrestleMania. He wasn’t taking many bumps on television during his Goldberg program. Reigns is out of action, but that doesn’t apply to the gym.

The Big Dog is not in his yard and he’s at home where he has access to a nice gym. It is shoulder week for Reigns and he dropped some media on Instagram to show off his progress.

Roman Reigns said he’s getting stronger and building muscle. He also sent some love to his coach for a speedy recovery.

Shoulders week 1 #Y3T. Seated Side Laterals, Rep range 12-16. Definitely getting stronger and building muscle but not quite where I want to be. Roman Reigns wasn’t in the discussions for SummerSlam, but he looks ring-ready. Hopefully, he’s able to get in the ring some while he’s out of action so he can get right back to action at full pace.
