WWE held a big RAW Reunion show this week, but not everyone they invited was able to make the show including Bret “Hitman” Hart. He had a very good reason for declining the invitation though.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Hart simply didn’t want to make the travel for the event. He is enjoying his time in Calgary for the Summer and “didn’t want to miss one day of it.”
This is pretty much what Brad Shepard reported days ago that there’s nothing wrong between Hart and WWE. The Hitman simply didn’t want to travel at this time.
Hopefully, Bret Hart will be able to make a return to WWE soon enough. As a two-time Hall Of Famer, he has to be welcomed to stop by. However, it would also be pretty great if the next time we see Bret Hart he’s presenting the new AEW World Title to either Hangman Page or Chris Jericho after their match at AEW All Out.
