WWE Tag Team Could Be Returning Soon

WWE needs as many good tag teams they can get, but former NXT Champions The Authors Of Pain haven’t been seen since Akam went out of action in January with a knee injury, but it appears his return is coming soon.

Post Wrestling reports that they have received word that Akam has been cleared for a return. It is just a matter of figuring out something for them to do in regards of a return program.

It is said that AOP would have been back sooner, but their return was delayed thanks to the Wild Card Rule. This new rule has “tied up their television time.”

Hopefully, they can make a return soon because it will give Drake Maverick something else to do and they can get back to work. WWE’s tag team division has been severely lacking and AOP could be a very useful force if used properly.
