WWE apparently had problems selling tickets for WWE events during Survivor Series week.

Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that only Survivor Series sold out in the past few days they ran events. NXT Takeover: WarGames, RAW and SmackDown all failed to be complete sellouts. The other three shows averages between 5,700 to 6,000 while Survivor Series did around 12,000 fans.

Takeover probably performed the worst out of all four events as the top deck was completely empty and much of the hard camera side was empty as well. You can see in the photo below that these claims are true, as when Ember Moon won the NXT Women’s Championship, a good portion of the section was empty:
