Huge Backstage Incident at Sunday’s Impact Tapings

There was a backstage incident with Impact Wrestling Executive Bob Ryder, Karen & Jeff Jarrett this past Sunday at the tapings.

PWInsider reports that things didn’t go smooth on Sunday when Karen confronted Ryder over the booking of a hotel room. Karen started to “dress down Ryder” and left the scene. Momentarily, Jeff came in and started shouting at Ryder and told him to “not wait” and to leave the tapings. Ryder packed up his things and left before completing his duties at the event, but things didn’t end there. Karen and Jeff caught up with Ryder in the parking lot as he was getting into his car and continued to argue and yell at him.

Many speculated that Ryder may have been fired by The Jarretts, but that was not the case. Ryder was actually at Impact offices in Nashville today working per usual. The belief is that whatever sparked the issue was settled once everyone returned to Nashville. Whether there will be any fallout to the scene in Orlando remains to be seen.
