WWE Superstars Who Were Kicked Out Of The Locker Room

Pro wrestling, like every other form of sports and entertainment, demands consistency, order and respect. Wrestlers who take these things for granted learn things the hard way – at least this was the unwritten code during the eighties and nineties and even 2000s. Performers gave respect and earned it. However, the same cannot be said for these superstars who got booted out of the locker room.

The Miz

The Miz is considered a veteran in the WWE locker room at this stage in his career. The A-lister has earned the respect of fans and peers alike through dedication, hard work and consistency. But respect was one thing The Miz was taught, and he was taught it the hard way, during his earlier days in the WWE.

The Miz

After Chris Benoit caught The Miz eating chicken over Scott Armstrong's gym bag in the locker room, he was abruptly kicked out and forced to change in the bathroom. The punishment continued for seven months until The Undertaker allowed him back into the fold.

Mr. Kennedy

Mr. Kennedy made his WWE debut during the Ruthless Aggression Era. WWE higher-ups saw great potential in him and primed him for main roster success. Kennedy was booked to win a battle royal at a WWE live event in 2005. What he didn’t know at the time was that he was supposed to thank people in the locker room for putting him over.

Mr. Kennedy

After failing to thank his fellow WWE superstars the night he won the battle royal, Kennedy walked into the locker room and was confronted by Hardcore Holly, who made it clear that he was no longer allowed in the locker room. Kennedy eventually made peace with his peers and gave another four years to WWE.

Big Cass

Big Cass matched Vince McMahon’s description of giant men and quickly saw his stocks rise up on the main roster. However, a couple of backstage issues together with his attitude problem led to the big man getting a lot of heat from the locker room.

His controversial political opinions also cost him his respect and place on the locker room. Cass became another star who rubbed a powerful member of the locker room the wrong way and, as a result, was given his marching orders.

Enzo Amore

The heat Cass had with rest of the locker room pales in comparison to what WWE superstars felt for his tag team partner, Enzo Amore. The “Real One” got on the wrong side of current Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and was kicked out of the WWE tour bus.

The former WWE Cruiserweight Champion was also kicked out of the locker room for bringing friends and family into his workplace and allowing them to take videos and pictures. This was a huge breach of locker room etiquette and rubbed many of his peers the wrong way.

Matt Striker

Matt Striker was a WWE superstar before he was a color commentator. Striker was drafted to SmackDown following a brief stint on RAW in 2005. Striker was overheard saying that the red band was better than the blue brand that brought him heat with SmackDown loyalists The Undertaker, JBL and Chris Benoit.

His bags were thrown out in the hallway and it was made clear that he wouldn't be allowed back in. Striker never returned to the blue brand after the incident. He was moved to ECW in 2006 and transitioned into the color commentator’s role full time in 2008. Striker continued in his role until permanently partying ways with the company in 2013.
