Ric Flair Claims He Has A Great Relationship With Tony Khan & WWE

Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair has accomplished lot of things in his illustrious pro wrestling career. Flair remains a controversial figure because of all the things he has done over the years. He also claims he has a great relationship with WWE and Tony Khan.

Flair left WWE last year, so he could explore other projects. Flair then stated that Nick Khan had no respect for him, he would never again work for the company. WWE would bring back Ric Flair in the opening video package last month after removing him due to controversy.

Due to this, he personally thanked Vince McMahon for adding him back. While speaking on his To Be The Man podcast, Ric Flair made it clear that he has a great relationship with Tony Khan and WWE.

“At the same time, the guy said to me, ‘You’re kinda like burying Tony Khan.’ I said how am I burying Tony Khan? Tony Khan’s a man. I’m allowed to say that the card changed as a result of decisions he makes as the owner of the company. By the way, I got the nicest text from Tony Khan in the world, congratulating me on explaining why he wasn’t there, so whoever’s worried about me, I’m not gonna mention his name, my relationship with Tony Khan is great. I think my relationship with WWE is great.”

Ric Flair also regrets promising his retirement with his last match. Even Jeff Jarrett had to beg him not to fake heart attack during his last match. It remains to be seen what The Nature Boy will do next.
