The final episode of WWE SmackDown in 2024 is shaping up to be a must-watch event. WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis took to X earlier today to drop some major announcements for tonight’s show, giving fans plenty to look forward to before the year wraps up.
Aldis confirmed a six-woman tag-team match featuring Bianca Belair, Naomi, and Bayley taking on the trio of Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, and Candice LeRae. With these powerhouses in the ring, this matchup is set to deliver plenty of action and drama.
Chelsea Green is also set to have her moment in the spotlight with a WWE Women’s U.S. Championship celebration. Green recently captured the title and will take the opportunity to revel in her victory tonight.
Additionally, Nick Aldis will address Kevin Owens’ shocking attack on Cody Rhodes. With Owens’ actions stirring up plenty of controversy, Aldis’ response could set the tone for future fireworks between these two top stars.
