Rob Van Dam, WWE Hall of Famer and wrestling icon, isn’t one to shy away from the unconventional. During his appearance on The Dirty Secrets Podcast with Kate Shelor, RVD dropped some eye-opening details about his first sexual encounter—one that happened during a less-than-typical situation.

RVD shared that he lost his virginity to a girl who was on her period, describing the moment in raw, unfiltered terms. “When I lost my virginity, it was to a girl that was on her period, and she was all over the place,” he explained. “We were outside, and we put our clothes down to be on top of them, and it was all over, like, our jeans and sh*t.”

When Shelor asked if the moment had been planned, RVD admitted it was more of a spontaneous decision. “She was always chasing me, and I guess I’d reached a point where I was like, ‘Yeah, I should do that.’ I think I was ready, so when I saw her, I told her, ‘Yeah,’ or something like that.”

Despite the unexpected messiness, RVD confessed he didn’t realize what had happened until after the fact. “It was dark, and I didn’t know anyway,” he said. “I didn’t know what a vagina was supposed to feel like, so whatever. But afterwards, she was like, ‘Oops,’ and I was like, ‘What?’”

Shelor pushed further, asking if it had been her first time as well, to which RVD clarified, “No, she was chasing me for a while.” When asked about his current feelings on period sex, the wrestling legend kept it simple: “Indifferent.”

Love him or hate him, Rob Van Dam is always unapologetically himself, and his candidness about life’s most personal moments proves it once again. Whether you’re shocked, amused, or somewhere in between, one thing is certain—RVD’s stories are never boring. Stay tuned, because with RVD, you never know what jaw-dropping detail he’ll reveal next.
