AEW and NJPW are promoting another Forbidden Door event on June 25thm, and it should be a big show. The event is expected to be main evented by Kazuchika Okada vs Bryan Danielson, and that dream match alone should drive a lot of interest. There are also a few surprises in store for fans.

The highly anticipated second annual AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door pay-per-view is just around the corner, scheduled to take place tomorrow night (June 25) in Toronto.

Excitement is building as NJPW stars have been arriving in Canada throughout the day, adding to the anticipation for the event. Some surprise appearances are expected from NJPW wrestlers who were not initially announced for the show.

In an update from Fightful Select, it has been reported that there will be ‘at least one change’ made to the Forbidden Door card. Fans can look forward to Darby Allin and Sting announcing their partner for a match against Chris Jericho, Minoru Suzuki, and Sammy Guevara during tonight’s episode of Collision.

We will have to see what AEW has in store for their Forbidden Door event. It wasn’t noted which matches will be changed, or what kind of alteration fans see on the show. Regardless, we will have complete coverage of the entire event here at Ringside News.
