As fans know by now, it was officially announced that AEW: Fight Forever will be dropping on June 29th on all modern consoles as well as on PC. Quite a few AEW stars have already been revealed and now it appears AEW finally dropped a character spotlight for CM Punk.
CM Punk and AEW’s drama finally ended last week as he made his return as part of AEW Collision’s debut. Prior to that, he was gone for nine months and his inclusion in AEW Figt Forever was dubious as well.
In order to hype up the game before its release, AEW Games have been uploading character spotlights for several AEW talent. AEW Games have now shared ‘character spotlight’ for The Second City Saint.
As seen in the video below, the 30-second spotlight video featured several of CM Punk’s signature moves as well as his entrance. Needless to say, fans really liked what they got to see.
The game will also feature several easter eggs. The game will also feature Owen Hart as playable character. We will have to wait and see how AEW Fight Forever is received by gamers, as fans are certainly excited about its release this month.
